During any Chimera rehearsal, you can join our warm-ups and basics block and spin with Chimera. We will teach you the methods and techniques that we use and you can spin with a National Champion! 

 

Then afterwards, you are welcome to stay and watch the rest of our rehearsal and learn more techniques from our amazing staff.
