Chimera Winterguard is committed to the safety and well being of its members, volunteers, and staff. Therefore, Chimera Wintergard follows and adheres to the WGI (Winterguard International) policy and strictly prohibits all conduct which could pose a threat to the safety of Chimera members, volunteers, and staff at any Chimera event. Furthermore, Chimera Winterguard offers a safe and anonymous means to report sexual misconduct by or against any member, parent, volunteer, or staff member. We further offer a means for any Chimera member, parent, or staff member, who may be victims of sexual misconduct outside of Chimera events to receive and and all necessary help.
